Thyme-lemon-honey tea
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp thyme
- Water
- Juice of half a lemon
- Honey to taste
Directions:
- Pour boiling water over 1 teaspoon in a cup.
- Let the tea brew for 5-10 minutes.
- Add fresh lemon juice and sweeten with honey.
- Particularly beneficial for colds, soothing and rich in vitamin C

Roasted Lemon Thyme Chicken
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast fillets or thighs
- 2 tsp thyme
- lemon
- olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- broccoli
Directions:
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and thyme.
- Cut the lemon into thin slices.
- Fry the chicken in a pan with olive oil until golden brown.
- Place lemon slices and thyme over chicken.
- Bake in the oven at 180°C for 20-25 minutes until cooked through.
Potato-thyme soup
Ingredients:
- Potatoes, diced
- Onion, chopped
- Garlic clove, chopped
- Vegetable broth
- 2 tsp thyme
- Cream (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Sauté onion and garlic in oil.
- Briefly fry the potatoes and deglaze with vegetable stock.
- Add thyme, simmer until potatoes are soft.
- Remove thyme, puree soup and add cream if necessary
- Season with salt and pepper and garnish with thyme.

Tomato-thyme pasta
Ingredients:
- Linguine or spaghetti
- Tomatoes, diced
- Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 tsp thyme
- olive oil
- Parmesan, grated
- Salt and pepper
Directions:
- Cook pasta, drain.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and lightly fry the garlic.
- Add tomatoes and simmer until soft.
- Add fresh thyme, salt and pepper.
- Add pasta and mix well.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, serve and enjoy.
