Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to Switzerland, as well as to the following countries: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Latvia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
Shipping costs(including statutory VAT)
Domestic deliveries (Germany): We calculate shipping costs based on the order value (gross merchandise value):- Merchandise value from €0 to €59.99 = €5.95 shipping costs
Deliveries to Switzerland:
- €14.95 up to 1.7 kg
- €16.95 up to 3.7 kg
- €36.95 up to 31 kg
All other countries are calculated by weight:
0 kg to 3.5 kg: €19.95
3.5 kg to 31 kg: €37.95
from 31 kg: €99.95
Provision of digital vouchers:There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital vouchers.
Digital vouchers will be sent to you as a file by email within 24 hours of the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery timesUnless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 2-3 working days, and international deliveries within 5-8 working days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
