Ginger Turmeric Golden Milk Tea
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon organic ginger-turmeric tea
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1 teaspoon honey (to taste)
- A pinch of ground black pepper
- A pinch of cinnamon
Directions:

Ginger Turmeric Chicken
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 2 teaspoons organic ginger-turmeric tea
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- 1 lemon, sliced

Directions:

- Ice cubes
Directions:
- Pour the 4 teaspoons of organic ginger-turmeric tea into a heat-resistant bowl with hot water and let it steep for 5-7 minutes.
- Allow the tea to cool and then place it in the refrigerator until it is well chilled.
- Add honey and lemon juice and stir well until honey is completely dissolved.
- Put ice cubes in glasses and pour the tea over them.
