Green bean season is here!
In organic farming, great importance is attached to good crop rotation. As a legume, the bean is therefore an important part of cultivation. Especially in July and August there is a large regional offer.
Recipe idea:
The blanched beans can be steamed with onions and then tossed with butter and our Thuringian savory in butter.
