payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) as well as to Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Austria and the Czech Republic.
Shipping costs (including VAT)
We calculate the shipping costs based on the order value (gross goods value):
- Goods value from 0€ to 59,98€ = 4,95€ shipping costs
For orders over 59.99 € we offer free shipping within Germany.
Shipping costs within the EU are 14.50 to 16.95€. Shipping to Austria is free for orders over 120€.
Delivery times
Unless a different deadline is specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods within Germany will take place within 3 - 5 days after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.

Further details on payment
If you pay by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be debited when the contract is concluded.

Subscriptions
You can change your subscriptions at any time or cancel them at the earliest possible date. Subscriptions are renewed automatically. Depending on the interval, a minimum number of deliveries is required. Once this number has been reached, the subscription can be canceled again.
All subscriptions are prepaid plans. This means that at least two deliveries are paid for in advance. The subscription can be canceled after the specified number of minimum subscription periods. If a subscription is terminated before the minimum period and only one delivery has been received up to that point, the difference to a one-time delivery will be charged. A subscription with only one delivery is not possible. In this case, one-time delivery must be selected.
