Catuaba tea
Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon dried catuaba bark
- 1 cup water
Directions:
- Boil the water in a kettle or pot.
- Place the dried catuaba bark in a teapot.
- Pour the boiling water over the catuaba bark.
- Cover the teapot and let the tea brew for about 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into a cup and enjoy it warm. Sweeten to taste.
Catuaba Iced Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons dried catuaba bark
- 2 cups water
- Honey or agave syrup (optional)
- Lemon slices (optional)
Directions:
- Boil 2 cups of water and add the catuaba bark.
- Let the mixture simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let the tea cool.
- Once the tea has cooled, pour it through a sieve into a carafe.
- Sweeten to taste and garnish with lemon slices.
- Chill the tea in the refrigerator until cold and serve with ice cubes.
